On-Site Certified Athletic Trainers
Dedicated Scheduling and Availability
The specific schedule and availability of the Athletic Trainers is dynamic, varying depending on the season, sport, and the individual needs of the athletes they serve. This ensures that expert care is available when it is most crucial:
Pre-Season and Early Intervention: During pre-season and early intervention periods, trainers will be present at practices to proactively address potential injuries, deliver targeted preventative care, and ensure proper conditioning protocols are followed.
Regular Competitive Season: Throughout the regular competitive season, trainers will be available at games and competitions to provide immediate treatment and support for acute injuries, facilitate emergency care, and advise on safe participation.
Large-Scale Events: For larger-scale events, such as tournaments and track and field meets, Athletic Trainers will be on-site to ensure comprehensive, dedicated care for all participating athletes across multiple activities.
Commitment to Consistent Care
A core priority of the Integration Initiative is ensuring consistent care for every athlete, regardless of which professional they see within our organization.
To achieve this consistency:
Progress Tracking: Athletes' progress in their recovery will be rigorously tracked and documented. This organizational system ensures that every Athletic Trainer has a complete, up-to-date record of the athlete's treatment plan and recovery milestones.
Standardized Protocols: Our team adheres to standardized, evidence-based treatment and recovery protocols, ensuring that the quality and direction of care remain consistent and effective from one session to the next.
